On April 12,2008 at 2:00 pm a Campaign Training Meeting is being held at the Rochester Public Library. During this meeting a COTA representative will answer questions and help begin the planning process and implementing fundraising activities. Anyone interested in helping is welcome to attend this meeting.
May 21, 2008 there will be a benefit all you can eat spaghetti dinner at Cindy's Restaurant in Sanbornville NH (she is listed under donation box locations). Tickets will be $10 Adults, $5 for 6 thru 12, and free for 5 and under. Dinner will be from 5-7 pm and Raffles from 7-8 pm. Flyers for this event will be placed around the Sanbornville/Wakefield area.
Sunday June 29th, 2008 Shear Power will be having a cut-a-thon from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. All hair cuts will be $10 each. It will just be a hair cut not a wash and dry also.
This meeting wil be held on 2:00 pm at the house. 204 S Main St Rochester NH. Come with some fresh money raising ideas
There will be a benefit concert at Klassics in Milton NH Friday, June 13th at
8:00 pm. Slow Bill and Harryt Caplatte will be playing. We will have a 50/50 raffle
and will be auctioning off items. There is no cover charge, but a donations will
be welcomed. 21 and up
We will have our next meeting June 8th at 2:00 pm in the Monarch School on Eastern Ave in Rochester. New volunteers are welcome to join us!
